Air Pressure

I don't live up very high. 12th floor to be precise. But my windows go out to the ocean and on windy nights I observed something funny: The water level in my toilet bowl drops.

This makes me want to set up a pressure gauge and record what happens to the air pressure in my apartment over the course of a week.
