The Beans

This appears to be a blend of two different beans, some really small and some larger ones. I am not really getty any aroma off of the beans themselves. After grinding a sour note seems to dominate.
Brewing Method AeroPress
I am following James Hoffman's "The Ultimate AeroPress Technique". 11 grams of coffee and 200 grams of water. Steep 2 minutes, then swirl and let settle for 30 seconds before fully pressing it through.

Like with all the other beans this week I am not really getting any aroma off of the brew.
On first sip it's clearly blueberry dominant with a light bitterness chasing after.
As it cools there is some additional sweetness coming through. It's pleasant and a good "Friday coffee".
Rating: 3.5/5
Brewing Method French Press

Oh my. The blueberries def. come even more through, especially as it cools. The interesting thing though is, once again, zero aroma coming off of the brew itself.
